It's all in regards to The International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children. This Month is National Missing Children Month(May).
It is a 45foot tall sculpture made out of inflatable nylon created by Jeff Koons, called "Seated Ballerina" and is displayed right where the Christmas tree is displayed during the winter holidays.
The "Seated Ballerina" is of Beauty and Connectivity which is a contemporary version of the mythological goddess venus. Will be here(Rockefeller Plaza) until June 2nd, 2017; so get here ASAP this is a once and a lifetime display.
