Who is going to buy the Chrysler Building?

Have you ever heard or owned a Chrysler Automobile,
well this is the Build.

 The Chrysler Building was the tallest building in the world; for a little while.
It was the brilliant work of  Architect William Van Alen. Once it opened,Architects from all over the world started coming to New York.

Chrysler Corporation paid 20 million dollars.
The Chrysler Building was made with 30 thousand tons of Steel and about 4 mill bricks with 5,000 windows.

 I just wonder how the cost of getting the windows washed and do they use an outside vendor or do they have their own window washer.During the time of the construction of the building self cleaning buildings was unheard of.

How much is Mubadala Investment Co. selling it for? They appointed  CBRE Group Inc. to Sale the  Chrysler building.

Now New York, lets get real. Billionaire's live here and I am not saying a few but the majority of the worlds billionaire community; call New York their Home and we all know that home is where your heart is; Therefore the Billionaires of New York has to buy it in which New York is your Home.

The Chrysler was the first Art Deco building to be erected in New York in 1931. So, let the owners be New Yorker's as well. The Chrysler Building is still the recognizable building in New York with the needle point top ( 185-foot spire).
